UTILIZATION OF LANDSAT 7 AND 8 IMAGES FOR MAPPING OF CHANGES IN THE NORTH COAST MANGROVE AREA, AESESA DISTRICT

<p>In 2019 there was damage to the mangrove forest which converted into fish ponds by cutting down 200 hectares of land in Aeramo Village, is northern coastal area Aesesa District, Nagekeo Regency. This study aims map changes areas and determine density values.This uses NDVI (Normalized Difference Vegetation Index) analysis technique vegetation 2011, 2016 2021 using Landsat 7 8 imagery an overlay from results classifying classes areas. The show that on north coast District shows values vary with range index 2011 -0.573770464 0.54666682, it has a -0.291984737 0.609456897 -0.067266561 0.579148531 divided 5 namely; very rare, moderate, rare tight. Based classification results, decreased medium class 102.35 66.86 experienced largest increase dense 2011-2016 where class. meeting 128.86 210.65 hectares.</p>
